This proposal is created on the chain. Those who support the proposal stake UNK on the support interface, and those who reject the proposal stake UNK on the veto interface.

After a certain period of time, the system will check the amount of UNK staked by both parties and automatically decide whether it is passed decide, and reward the upvotes or downvoters.
